FOURTH TRIMESTER GROUP

At Gentle Landing Birth Center, we offer a weekly postpartum meetup for anyone and everyone, regardless of where you had a baby! These meet-ups are vital for helping navigate the immense changes of motherhood. They offer an opportunity to meet and share  experiences, celebrate milestones, and find validation for the normal struggles of postpartum. It's a place where a crying baby is not a source of embarrassment but a shared experience, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Beyond emotional support, these meetups serve as a valuable platform for education and sharing practical advice. New moms can learn from each other about everything from breastfeeding challenges and sleep schedules to navigating postpartum mood shifts. The shared wisdom and diverse perspectives offer practical solutions and reassurance in an environment that is nonjudgmental and empathetic.
